Meet the Founder

Latika Kapoor is the founder of Inkling & Co, a product and brand strategy studio that helps fashion and lifestyle brands turn creative chaos into clarity, systems, and sell out collections.

With over fifteen years in the business of fashion and brand building, Latika has built her career around one belief — great design deserves smart strategy. As part of the founding team at FS Life, home to FableStreet, Pink Fort, and March Jewellery, she shaped product direction, brand communication, and consumer insights that transformed a young start up into a multi category brand house.

Her journey spans retail, jewellery, and lifestyle, with experience at Genesis Colors, Mehrasons Jewellers, and I Say Organic, where she honed her understanding of what makes products not just beautiful, but successful.

Latika has completed certifications in Customer Insights and New Product Development (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) and Design-Led Strategy (University of Sydney). She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Jewellery Design and Technology from JDTI and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
